Tajine! Chicken with honey-pears

Tajine! Was dreaming of it sooo much!

Here is my dream-friend! Found him under the best x-mas tree among wonderful people, who are now my big family ))

Couldn't wait till i try it! They say it's great for lamm and duck, but for the first time i tried chicken.. Veeery-veeeeery-veeeeeery nice! Even my husband, who is not a chicken fan at all, savoured it very much..

So, you will need: chicken, couple of onions, 2-3 cinnamon stiks (палочки корицы), some fresh coriander (кинза), some ginger, shaffron water, white pepper, solt, 4 pears, 50g butter, 50g honeyand "some sesam" (кунжут) at the end.

First fry the onion (small peaces), add chicken and fry for 5 more minutes, than add cinnamon, coriander, ginger, shaffron water, pepper, solt and close your tajine for 30 minutes.

Than caramelize your pears. For that fry them for about 15 min in butter and honey till very nice braun colour.

When the 30 min are gone, put your tajine in the oven for 20 min. After 20 min - add your honey-pears there and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes. It's ready!
