You will need: 1 kg tomatos, 200g tomato juice, thyme, rosmary, garlic, olive oil, solt, pfeffer. Also you need some pesto. Butter do it yourself )) but you could as well buy it.
Make some cuts in tomatos and bake with rosmary for 20-25 min 180c. Then trough away rosmaty and peel tomatos, add garlic (a little bit!), olive oil, solt, pfeffer and blend it! Then add tomato juice and cook it for about 5 min. Ready! Serve it as you like..already in a plate put some pesto and thyme..
