Salat a la Caprese

Traditional Caprese Salad is a combination of tomato, mozzarella cheese and some basil. I use sometime a burrata cheese and a pesto instead of just basil leaves. It's a great accomplishment to any lunch, dinner, grill party etc. 
Below you find my secret pesto recipe ;)

For my perfect pesto I take:

Parsley - 1/2 of Basil
Grano Padano
Pine nuts
7-min Egg
Olive oil 
Pinch of sugar 

Blend it! It's should be very smooth and tender! If you use an egg - keep it in a fridge not longer then 3 days. Without an egg - pretty long... but i try not to keep anything longer then 2 weeks in a fridge.
