Salad with caramelized pear and blue cheese

One of my favorite combination is fruits and cheese - especially in a salad! So it's not even a recipe, but just an idea for summer lunch.

You will need:

Pear - one per person
Any blue cheese 
Any salad
Olive oil 
Butter 50 g
Honey 50 g 
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add honey, lay cut pears in a frying pan and fry it turning from time to time until they redden. This is the longest part and takes about 20 minutes. When pears are ready (soft and golden), decorate with them the salad plate, add the cheese and serve it!
