I got this book as a present from my beautiful friend Alba some time ago - it is full of cool ideas for special occasions. And the handsome Chef comes from our region! So Schwabians don't only eat Käsespätzle and Maultaschen, sometimes they are pretty much gourmet! ;)
All you need is great strawberries, dark and white chocolate
...and a lot of love for your guests ;)
Mines are not that perfect as in the book, but still... We loved them!
