St Tropez Apricot Pie


















The origilan version you can try in St Tropez in the place called Tarte Tropezienne.

You will need: puff pastry (Blätterteig, слоёное тесто), 100g butter, 100g sugar pouder, 100g almond pouder, 1 egg, 100 g flour, 20g rum

Mix all the ingridients in a mixer (exept pastry). Take a form, put some oil all over, put a dough, make some cuts in it with a help of fork..apply the the amazing cream all ovet it! Apricots (halfs) on top, put some brown sugar on top and almonds slices.. Bake for about 40 min with 180c.
