Salt


Before I started to cook I couldn't understand, why ist salt so important? It's all just salty... what's the difference? Time passed... and now...


I still can't tell you what the difference is; but at least I I found my Top-Salt! Fleur de Sel de Camargue - my favorite one! I order by Amazon 1 kg packages and it's enough for a loooong-looooong time. Highly recommended!
